GLAM Tournaments

All players are required to submit a fully completed Waiver Form prior to playing at the event.  Failure to do so is a failure to comply with tournament rules and therefore, that player is ineligible to play.  A Registration Form must be fully completed and submitted with check prior to deadline to hold a team spot. 

GLAM Camps and Clinics
For online registration there is no need to fill out mail-in flyer form.
You will simply fill out the required registration items on the online registration form.
The required items are shown with a (*).
Once complete hit submit and you will be forwarded to the next step.
Click the yellow BUY NOW Button for your specific event (buttons are event specific).
This button will take you to PayPal. Remember payment must accompany your registration.
